Job Role : Sales Partner – UK (Commission Based)

We are seeking self-motivated individual with a strong technology sales background looking to partner with a forward-thinking IT services company. As a Sales Partner for United Kingdom (UK) & Europe Region, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the region. This role offers the opportunity to work on commission basis, allowing you to directly benefit from the sales you generate. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Location:  UK (Remote)

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales leads, build strong relationships with potential customers, and convert them into a client base.
  • Account Management: Keep track of deliverables, ensure customer satisfaction, and ensure timely billing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in UK and European markets.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company pricing policies.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance and progress towards objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the European market dynamics, trends, and its specific customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Wide network of industry connections in the target markets.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and inspire trust with potential customers

Renumeration

This position as a Sales Partner offers true earning potential in terms of generous profit-sharing on billed revenue. You will earn a significant percentage of the revenue generated through your sales efforts, allowing you to directly have a share in the success you create. Remuneration for this position is based on profit and revenue sharing without fixed renumeration.
