Job Role : ServiceNow Developers / Leads

inTechNative is seeking skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developers / Leads to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Experience:  3-6 years

Location:  Across India (Remote / Hybrid )

Job Responsibilities 

  • Design and Develop ServiceNow-based Solutions – Design, develop, configure, build and support ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
  • Implementation – Analyze, plan, implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using best practices of ITIL.
  • Platform Upgrades – Impact analysis, upgrades and testing for ServiceNow patches and version upgrades.
  • Apply hotfixes – Impact analysis, upgrades and testing for ServiceNow hotfixes.
  • Migrations – Update set and data migrations between instances.
  • Integration and API Management – Design and implement APIs, integrate solutions with other applications and platforms, to facilitate seamless integration with external systems and services.
  • Code Optimization and Performance Tuning – Continuously optimize code and applications to improve performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to articulate technical concepts and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience – 3-6 years of experience as an ServiceNow Developer / Lead or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful Azure-based solutions.
  • Technical Skills – Proficient in one or more ServiceNow platform-based product implementations and development using various features and functionalities of the platform, scripting, support and administration.
  • Experience in developing service portal in ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in automated testing using tools such as ServiceNow ATF is preferable.
  • Experience in setting up integrations and REST API automation on ServiceNow platform.
  • Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Others – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
