Job Role : Salesforce Developers / Leads

We are seeking skilled and motivated Salesforce Developers / Leads to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Salesforce Developer / Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing Salesforce-based solutions, driving the implementation of best practices, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Location:  Across India (Remote / Hybrid )

Job Responsibilities 

  • Design and Develop Salesforce-based Solutions: Design, develop, configure, build, and support Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation: Analyze, plan, implement, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using best practices.
  • Platform Upgrades: Perform impact analysis, upgrades, and testing for Salesforce patches and version upgrades.
  • Apply Hotfixes: Evaluate and apply hotfixes to ensure system stability and security.
  • Migrations: Manage update set and data migrations between Salesforce instances.
  • Integration and API Management: Design and implement APIs, integrate solutions with other applications and platforms, and facilitate seamless integration with external systems and services.
  • Code Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize code and applications to improve performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to articulate technical concepts and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience – 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer / Lead or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in one or more Salesforce platform-based product implementations and development using various features and functionalities of the platform, including scripting, support, and administration.
  • Experience in developing service portal in the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience in setting up integrations and REST API automation on the Salesforce platform.
  • Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Others – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
